He established his firm - Low Cost Legal Services - after realizing the dire need for affordable legal services while working for the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii. He provides very affordable fixed-rate fees for most uncontested cases and actions, and has affordable hourly rates for contested and complicated issues.

Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. For an uncontested divorce without minor children, Mr. Glenn charges only a $350 flat fee for his services. Mr. Glenn only charges a flat $750 for his services in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case. Mr. Glenn keeps detailed logs of the time spent on your case.
