Basketball Embassy
Here are a few areas that any player can be effective on the court without needing to have the ball in their hands. The inaugural Hoopin' with Heroes event brought together first responders with the communities they serve in an effort to bridge divides and promote unity. To reach your full potential as a player, you must allow coaches to give you both criticism and feedback on your game without it affecting you negatively.

In addition to skills and on-the-court success, every player should aspire to be a good teammate. TBE's golf tournament fundraiser brought together people from all over the state to support youth empowerment initiatives in the greater San Antonio community. TBE's Youth Ambassador Program was featured Tuesday on FOX 29 News in San Antonio, highlighting our work in underserved communities and homeless shelters.

We've been told we are divided. We're born into a world divided, literally, by lines on a map. We're raised in societies claiming that the things that make us different from one another should divide us, and we hear it so often that we accept it as truth. The reality is that we're only as divided as we allow ourselves to be.
