Located in the small, friendly community of Rockaway Borough, our preschool has been in existence since 1956. We are a cooperative nursery school with a Bachelor, Special Ed, and certified staff of warm, loving, and caring teachers, that create an optimum learning environment for every child. PCCNS is a non-profit, non-sectarian, traditional preschool.
We offer low rates and flexible payment plans. Classes are 1/2 day sessions, for children ages 2.5, 3, 4, and 4+. A co-op is a "large family" in a school setting where teachers and parents work together to create a nurturing and supportive environment for all, especially the children. Co-oping is an excellent way for parents to be directly involved in their child's school by assisting in the classroom on a rotating basis.

Curriculum
Report
The program will focus on developing small and large motor skills, which are critical for the next stages in learning. Emphasis is on developing social skills, a longer attention span and following directions. By introducing early math, language arts and science in an age-appropriate way, we create a fun, positive educational experience.
