In 1988, the company was purchased by Arvid's son, Randy Esenberg.
Randy's goal was to develop the company with a focus on quality and service, and take Total Cleaning Systems to the next level. By investing in dedicated, quality people and the most advanced equipment, the company has grown to include more than 300 employees with services reaching throughout the Midwest region.
