Dr. Niederkorn & Associates is contracted with many Vision Insurance Plans and Major Medical Plans. If your plan is not listed, please feel free to contact our office and we can help you determine if we are providers for your particular vision/medical plan. Some insurance companies require pre-authorization, so please contact our office us prior to your appointment time if we will be filing insurance for you.
