Bolder Pilates
Our beautiful, modern studio, located in the heart of downtown Boulder, Colorado, is a warm, and welcoming environment for personal training and small group classes in the Pilates method. Because we're small, not only will you get all the attention your body deserves, you won't get overwhelmed or distracted, as you might at a larger gym or studio.

The focus is on you, so you can focus on your goals. You have a vision for your body. Whether that means a more toned physique, improved strength, a return to pre-pregnancy fitness, or an end to chronic pain, we partner with you to help you see lasting, positive results.

We have worked hard to create a SAFE & HEALTHY space and protocol, with safely distanced equipment & detailed and effective sanitization! We offer in-person and virtual privates and semi-private sessions, as well as small group classes, limited to 5 people. For those of you who still feel safer at home, we offer virtual (via Zoom) privates, semis and group mat classes from the comfort of your own home.

Wanna make booking with us a breeze? Download the MINDBODY app onto your smartphone, search for "Bolder Pilates" and favorite us. Then we'll be right there at your fingertips!. This is the first step toward transforming your body into strength, health and overall wellness.

Your initial appointment (which can be in-person or virtual) entails a detailed postural assessment to address injuries, determine areas of weakness and immobility, as well as asymmetries in your musculature.From this session, we will develop a customized plan, taking into account your personal fitness and/or rehabilitation goals.
Group Classes
Report
Classes at Bolder Pilates are kept small so that you get more personal attention and instruction (in person classes will now be limited to 4 people for the foreseeable future so this is an amazing deal for basically a semi-private session)! We offer classes via ZOOM for our virtual Program, and in person utilizing the Mat, Reformer, and the Tower/Pole, which will focus on full body toning and conditioning.
