I’ve been seeing Mari and Lizzy for my injectables for a few years now. As an NP myself, I can speak to how highly trained and professional they really are. Clinically, their skills are top-notch. They also make you feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. Little touches like a bowl of chocolate and a warm welcome make the experience that much sweeter. Love Seaport Medspa! I transferred from another Medical Skin Spa and Liz took the time to answer all my questions and educate me during my consultation. My botox turned out great, the entire staff is so friendly and the office is clean and beautiful. Can't wait to go back for my next appointment!

I was looking up med spas in Boston since I recently moved into my new apartment and stumbled across seaportmedspa Instagram. I have always pondered filler but I decided to go with the lip flip (Botox) to try it out and see how I liked the look while maintaining a "natural" look before potentially committing to filler. I woke up the day after my appointment looked in the mirror and almost started crying! I hated smiling with my teeth after years of braces (was hard for me to even find a before picture to reference) and now I can't stop. It's such a subtle, natural difference

Marielle is absolutely amazing! Did such a great job on my PRP/Microneedling I'm still amazed! I had microneedling done before, and each time my face was so red I couldn't leave the house for at least 4-5 days. But after this treatment, my face only looks like a mild sunburn, totally manageable. Totally recommending it!

Seaport MedSpa is a Boston beauty gem. I went for dermaplaning and was a little nervous (hello, someone has a blade on your face), but I was in good hands with Mari. Both Mari and Liz are Nurse Practitioners, so they have a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology and infection control. They were very sweet and knowledgeable. The pop up shop on Newbury was clean and smartly decorated, and it was super easy to get an appointment. Thanks again, Mari!
