Bartsch Law
Bartsch Law's primary goal is to serve clients in a caring and supportive way and provide them with peace of mind. Estate Planning provides peace of mind for ourselves and our loved ones by ensuring that our assets are managed during our lifetimes and pass to our loved ones when we reach journey's end.

Trust Administration is a non-Court supervised process of gathering, valuing and distributing the assets of a decedent who has a Trust. Probate is a Court supervised process of distributing the estate of a decedent who had only a Will or no planning and has probateable assets. Medi-Cal is California's version of the federal Medicaid program, which is designed to help qualified individuals pay for medical and nursing home care.

About Bartsch Law
Report
Rosmary S. Bartsch founded Bartsch Law in September of 2004. Bartsch Law's purpose is to provide people with peace of mind by ensuring their loved ones will be well cared for when they are no longer able to do so and to protect their hard earned assets from unnecessary loss or expense due to probate, taxes or lack of planning.
Estate Planning
Report
Estate Planning ensures that your wishes with regard to your family, your loved ones, and your property, are carried out in the event that you are no longer able to make decisions for yourself. You don't necessarily need anything too involved or elaborate - just a plan that will take care of you during your lifetime and your loved ones when you are gone.
Trust Administration
Report
Not every estate planning attorney understands trust administration and the special tax rules. Bartsch Law has special expertise in this area. In fact, because of the impact Estate Planning and Trust Administration have on one another, we find that keeping both services in-house enables us to be more thorough and comprehensive in the planning and administration in both areas.
Probate
Report
Ask anyone who has suffered through it: Probate - the Court supervised process of gathering, valuing and distributing your estate if you have only a Will or no written plan and assets greater than $150,000 in your name alone - is an expensive, time consuming, and very public process that is best avoided.
Tax Planning
Report
Bartsch Law offers tax planning and preparation services to all estate planning clients. Types of returns include individual, partnership, fiduciary (trusts and estates), and gift and estate tax. Tax advice is usually, but not always, a part of the estate planning process and can include advanced estate planning for larger, taxable estates.
