I asked them if they took Medicaid; they said yes and then weeks later no. (I had to pay out of pocket) I missed days off from the COVID-19 pandemic: and it was reported to the probation officer. (I had to legally explain why)

Most incompetent therapist ever. Those below that found it "great" is only because they are uneducated to their actual rights, and not intelligent to notice the vast majority of people here use manipulation, intimidation to prey upon broken people to keep you in a cycle of coming back while having no experience with a good therapist
If they were "friendly" it was because you were compliant and, didn't ask questions they didn't want to answer. This place should be closed down

My son was supposed to be getting help with behavioral issues caused from him being a victim of extreme parental alienation. While attending for months on a bi-weekly basis the counselor named Paula was unable to properly diagnose my son. The reason being was instead of being a professional and leading with logic and supporting facts. She chose to co-sign with the lies and sob story given by the alienating parent. I had trouble getting documents based on the notes she took during sessions and she lied to me on the phone. Then was silly enough to show up in court to try to sell the lies extended
