I have never felt so valued as a patient. From the time I enter the clinic, until I leave, I receive excellent care from Dr. West, her partner, and staff. When I call the office, Dr. West answers the phone. I don't have to leave several unanswered messages and/or get an appointment months out. My needs are met in a timely manner.

Its great to have a primary care provider with flexible access. The atmosphere is tranquil and unhurried. What I love most is the direct access that I have to my provider. My care is personalized using a holistic approach that encompasses all of my needs: psychological, physical, spiritual, educational, emotional, and social. (All of those social determinants of health!) My physician will sit with me for an hour to discuss any concerns that I have or just to review medical/social history as well as that of my family.
