Miller's Wildlife Service is located in beautiful Sarasota Florida. We are a family owned and operated business that serves all of Sarasota and Manatee Counties. We offer services for everyone including Residential and Commercial Wildlife Management. Our team does not service Northern Manatee County and Southern most Sarasota.

We provide you with the highest level of customer service every time. We arrive at our scheduled appointment on time and don't make you wait. We clearly explain everything we are going to do BEFORE we do it taking pictures of everything so you can see what we see and are always available for questions.
Inspection

The process begins with a thorough inspection of the structure to include: attic, crawlspace, roof line, exterior foundation, living area, and all other problem areas.
The purpose of the inspection is to: Identify the species of the problem animal, locate the entry points, create a plan of action, estimate the time needed to make the necessary repairs, estimate the time needed to trap and relocate any remaining animals and to assess the entire situation.All factoring into the final estimate for services.

Warranty
Report
All full exclusion jobs performed by us will include at least a one year renewable warranty. The cost of the warranty renewal fee will be $95.00 for a one year renewal. The warranty will be transferable for a $95.00 transfer fee. All customers will be contacted at the expiration of their warranty and will have the choice whether or not to renew at that time.

Full Exclusion Work: The process of sealing a structure so that animals cannot enter. Once an animal has been trapped and removed from your home, performing the exclusion work is the next step to ensure the animal doesn't return. This process involves extensively checking the entire home for entry points such as holes, cracks, vents and construction/builder's gaps and then sealing those areas so that no animals can ever re-enter.
