Our mission here at Firefly is to help you recharge so you can have the energy to take care of all the other people and things in your life. We are a boutique day spa, small enough to feel comfortable but big enough to feel like you can escape for an hour.
After working as a solo massage therapist and esthetician in a private office in North Park for 18 years, owner Karen Hutchins decided it was time to expand her business and opened Firefly Wellness Day Spa in Mission Hills in 2018.With her business expansion she has been able to build a team and expand their wellness services, offering massage therapy, customized facials and skincare treatments, waxing, yoga, meditation and energy healing.

Spray tanning is a form of sunless tanning where a fine mist, called Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) is sprayed onto your body. This mist interacts with your own skin's chemistry to turn it tan, or bronze. This temporary tan can last from 3-7 days, depending on how well you maintain it. The beauty of getting a sunless tan from Kristi is that she can customize your tan from a light glow to a dark, bronzed look.
