I have been a massage therapist for over 20 years, following my initial certification I've taken many advanced courses ranging from deep tissue trigger point and myofascial work to restorative/relaxation treatments. Throughout all this training, what I've realized is that my clients have truly been my BEST teachers.
As a result of listening and working on them I have obtained the ability to "read" their bodies, similarly to one who reads braille, in the sense that I can feel and therefore find ones specific problem areas. It is because of that gift of experience, that I have the intuitive skills to provide each client with a truly personalized massage.

What I hope to achieve for my clients is for them to feel physically benefitted and nurtured as well! This is a therapeutic massage that targets tight muscle groups and is highly beneficial in reducing chronic pain, such as lower back issues, headaches and over-use injuries. Deep tissue work is also extremely beneficial in preventing existing problems from escalating as well as reducing stress.
