We purchased a lift chair from Access Mobility and could hardly wait for it to be delivered. Two gentlemen delivered it right on time, set it up, and explained how to use the different features. This whole process from beginning to end was handled with professionalism. We will go back again.

We drove 100 miles from southern Indiana to check this business out for an electric motor scooter for our disabled Daughter. As it turned out it was worth every mile. Access Mobility has helped my husband and I with many different products from an electric Jazzy, to two beautiful Lift chairs and a couple of rollators. They are very gracious and pleasant and our salesman Tony is a top-of-the-line salesman and all of the people working there are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

I have purchased 3 scoters from Tony and most recently a scooter hoist to lift the scooter out of the bed of my truck and drop it at the drivers door. They did a great job with the install and walked me thru the operations of the unit. Great company, great folks!

I went into the Access Mobility on S. Emerson ave to look at Electric Lift chairs for my wife. Angie met me and took me back to the chairs. She showed me what i was looking for; not real expensive, with firm seat. Got home, showed info to my wife, she came into the store(had to be wheeled in a wheel chair). Angie showed her and I available chairs in our price range and firm seat. We selected one and we got a call later in the day, by Amanda, and said it would be delivered Tues. or Wed. Well, she called back in 1/2 hour or so and said, "we will deliver today."! The same day we purchased the chair

Very knowledgeable people. Helped us identify exactly what we needed and put us in touch with other services. Who knew there was a lift chair designed to help with lower leg edema. Very wide range of stock. Would definitely purchase from Access Mobility in the future.
