I asked Vantage to fill an order for supplies, and was informed (incorrectly) that I did not have the required doctor's office visit. Vantage told me they would contact the doctor's office. Then I received a bill for the APAP (and no supplies) and was told Vantage was unable to obtain office notes from the doctor. The doctor faxed the office notes to Vantage at my request. Supplies finally arrived at no cost, but they were the wrong supplies. I called and presumably got everything straightened out with Cindy (thank you!) and new supplies came at no cost. But then ANOTHER APAP bill (which I do not
