About Miss Cindy’s

Cindy Gironda-Post founded Miss Cindy's Neighborhood Nursery School in 1986. Miss Cindy independently owns and operates the school. We serve families and their children in the Newburgh, NY area. We offer classes daily for children ranging from 2 years 9 months (and toilet trained) to 5 years old. Miss Cindy and all the staff at Miss Cindy's Nursery School are deeply committed to our mission.

It's time to embark on another exciting day of learning and growing as a student at Miss Cindy's Neighborhood Nursery School. Parents accompany their children to school and classroom where they are greeted by their peers, teachers and school staff. What month, day and season is it? Students will take turns each day leading the class in the pledge of allegiance, saying today's date and what season we're in.
