In 2013, a skunkworks mission began in the form of a tee-ball team. Game day was never a certainty, as the squad barely had the 9 to take the field. By 2015, more than 1000 boys and girls and their families have participated in a free baseball league at Miami Youth Baseball, a non-profit organization.
