Tapestry Theatre Company is seeking adult actors 18+ with and without special needs to audition for an all-abilities production of Cinderella. GTK. Rehearsals: Rehearsals will begin in late November, two days a week, Tuesday & Thursday, 6pm - 8:30pm. The timeless enchantment of a magical fairy tale is reborn with the Rodgers & Hammerstein hallmarks of originality, charm, and elegance.
The story of Cinderella follows a young woman forced into servitude who dreams of - and achieves - a better life. Join the stepsisters, fairy godmother, prince, and Cinderella herself on one of the most magical journeys of all time. Please note: This is an unpaid position. All actors are required to be fully vaccinated and wear a mask at each rehearsal.

Tapestry casts actors with special needs in lead roles, and peer actors as understudies to create a shared theatrical performance. Lynne has had a passion for theatre from a very young age and is grateful for the opportunity to couple it with her desire to work with youth as a special education paraprofessional. She has performed and directed professionally in Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, and Denver, and has acted and directed in over 40 productions at the community level.
