Questions
What are your cancellation policies for appointments?
Appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations must be made 36 hours in advance (48 hours for multiple services) to avoid partial charges.
Do you offer couples' spa packages?
Our Blissfully Together package includes simultaneous services for two guests, featuring massages, facials, and head spas with champagne service.
Are gift vouchers available for purchase?
We offer pre-paid vouchers for individual services, valid for 90 days. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used before expiration.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (with a 4% fee), Apple Pay, and Zelle. Cash payments are not accepted at this time.
Do you have locations outside Bakersfield?
We operate a second location in Arroyo Grande, CA, offering most services except massage therapy.
