I usually enjoy the complete visit. The food is great and I'm rarely forgotten as a customer. However, tonight I felt invisible. I called in a togo order and thought it would be nice to relax with a drink since the server said it would take 20 minutes. There was a party of 4 being accommodated at the bar but I wasn't greeted at all/asked if I would like anything by the bartender, manager on duty, and 3 servers that walked by my corner bar seat. Perhaps my attire suggested I didn't require service. After 10 minutes of sitting there unattended, I changed my mind about the drink and went to pay for

This place is overpriced!!! If your craving this just get Panda Express for way cheaper and they give you way more food. The chicken Yaki soba was overcooked and I found hair in my food.

You pay for it (about $23 per person) but the food is delicious and the experience of watching it get cooked is priceless. My young kids were mesmerized!

I have loved and eaten at Konomis since it opened. I love sushi, and always order the same thing. The last owner has sold out and left, and with him went the the honest value. Now the sashimi is sliced so thinly you can see through it. The slices used to be thick and fresh. The rock and roll used to have a generous portion of eel, now you can barely find any eel in the roll- just avocado. This saddens me as I am a long time, loyal customer. I dont mind paying for a good fresh value. Now where can I go? I have brought so many people to Konomi. Trussville has lost a treasure that obviously

Ordered Sushi Combination, recieved 4 pieces and a California roll. Not sure what happened, but this was a pretty big fumble.
Ordered delivery, so not sure what part of the process failed. Konomi has great reviews, so I'm guessing this was just a one off mistake.
