DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS TITLE COMPANY !! Not only was the escrow ( Stefanie L scheffer )agent rude and disrespectful .It took two days to balance a closing disclosure . I been A loan Officer five years . this title worst company i ever work with. If i can give zero stars i would.
