School History

In 1957 Christ the King School was formed. As a part of the Diocese of Amarillo in 1983, Christ the King parish became the cathedral parish through the Diocese of Lubbock. At the same time, the name was changed to Christ the King Cathedral School. With this in mind, the CtK operates a full program ranging from elementary through 12th grade.
