Mattie who helped with group booking was awesome to work with. We booked a large group into 4 rooms at the same time. Game masters were helpful. Each of our rooms was fun and challenging. Overall this was a great experience for new and experienced participants!

Me and the guys had a lot of fun in the room and got surprisingly a lot farther than we expected. Our host was really cool and made the game environment a fun and welcoming place. We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed doing the Nick of Time, it was a themed room for Christmas. Made it out with 7 mins to spare. We have done a few escape rooms and we liked the multi room setup. The puzzles were well setup. They also allowed us to rebook when one of us got sick and couldn't make our first booking. Thanks Breakout KC we will be back for another challenge.

Staff was very kind and willing to answer questions about their rooms. I went with a party of individuals who had some particular needs, and the staff was both kind and curious when they answered my questions. They were also very accommodating of our party member who had a walker. The room itself, The Nick of Time, was both cute and fun--definitely family friendly, and a medium difficulty, as promised. Overall, we had a great experience.

Oh man, what a great experience!! We did the Nick of Time and it was a blast! My husband and I have done 1 other room before, but this one was only our second, however, my son has done multiple rooms here and he loved every single one! And the staff we have had have all been tremendous, they are all very accommodating and very customer service oriented! Val was our gal tonight and she was awesome! I highly recommend this placeyou wont be disappointed!!

Ive gone twice with family and friends. I was new to the whole escape room obsession and expected it to be a bit corny. Now I see why people love them so much! Its the perfect activity for my friend groups. Everyone at breakout was so nice and helpful for my first time around and just as nice the second time. There is good energy in the building! Will come back for sure! :)
