I felt as if I was at my favorite NYC Chinatown basement eating establishment tasting crispy, tender, and flavorful roast and BBQ meats. I have read so many reviews about this restaurant that I finally broke away from my usual weekend afternoon dim sum at Ho Ho Choy to give China Yuan a try. It met all of my expectations and more.
