The Hye-Daway is located on the Westcave Cellars property tucked away from the hustle and bustle of HWY 290. Our large 2 bed, 2 bath house is the perfect place to rest and recharge while exploring the Texas Hill Country. Large outdoor patios, a second-floor balcony, and numerous windows will help you enjoy the views.

Westcave Cellars Winery & Brewery is a family-owned and operated Estate that proudly offers wines crafted from 100% Texas-grown grapes, many produced from the 9-acre Hill Country vineyard previously owned, but still farmed, by the Fettys. Our handcrafted wines are produced in a French style, making them unique among other Texas Hill Country wineries.

You will enjoy finely crafted boutique wines 4 times a year. You choose 4, 6, or 12 bottles and your choice of a variety of wines (white, rose', or red) or all red. The winemaker selects the wines that go in the shipments. Members will receive notice by email announcing the quarterly event and have the opportunity to RSVP for the pick-up party.
