Called to see if they could repair my pellet stove. The woman said yes but we would have to bring it to their shop. We disconnected it loaded it into the truck and took it to their shop. When we got there the owner looked at it and said he wouldn't work on it because we didn't buy it from him. We told him the woman said to bring it. He looked me square in the eyes and said he doesn't need my business.

Called four or five times, each time he said he would come look at our hot tub and never did. We've stopped in and talked to the Secretary, she said she would have him call, still hasn't called us back. Terrible business.

Needed spa chemicals. Drove all the way across town to find them closed at 2:00. Half an hour earlier than the hours posted here.
