Same-day sick visits address acute illnesses and injuries requiring immediate attention. Our team evaluates symptoms, performs diagnostic tests when needed, and develops treatment plans for common childhood ailments. We prioritize timely care while maintaining thorough assessment of each patient's condition and medical history.
Newborn Care
Newborn care includes hospital visits within 24 hours of birth and follow-up appointments 3-5 days post-discharge. Services cover weight monitoring, jaundice assessment, feeding guidance, and developmental screening. Our providers offer breastfeeding support and track early growth patterns to ensure healthy infant development.

Our providers conduct comprehensive assessments, review medical history, and develop individualized treatment plans that may include behavioral therapy, medication management, and school collaboration.

Dr. Pillai and her PA Natalie are very nice! But the other PA Van Nuygen is RUDE. She rude and argued with me when my daughter had a food allergy, didnt want to listen and kept blaming it on a cold, so I refused to see her anymore. This last time was my youngest daughter needed to be seen and the appointment was made with Van, I thought maybe she had changed and sure enough during our visit came off with a smart remark when I told her I was unsure of what kind of schedule I wanted to do my daughters vaccines.. well its either yes or no just really rude. Definitely ask to see Natalie

Have been going here for over four years. The doctors have never remembered my kids, each well visit we waited for at least 40 min (with time in the waiting room and patient room) before seeing a doctor. They will not offer advice over the phone like other offices we have been apart of. It is my opinion that this place is run like a business not a pediatric doctors office. I gave two stars because the staff is always nice, when you can get them on the phone or in a room. We are switching to Dr. Pumphery located in Menifee.

Horrible doctor. I went into labor and got tested for Covid. Unbeknownst to me I tested positive even though I didnt show any symptoms (I was in quarantine most of my pregnancy aside from the monthly OB visits) - thank god I didnt experience anything. So I didnt get to choose my pediatrician and had this lady the day I gave birth. She came and checked in my baby for like 10 seconds. She refused to see him for a follow up. I brought him home and tried calling her again, she really made me feel hopeless. I cried for my baby because as a first time mom I didnt know what I could have
