I emailed them for a quote as they requested on their website. I also called their main number many times. After 2 weeks, no response from either. Not sure if this place is out of business or what.

I don't like to write a bad review about a business but I called this company and left a message but I never got a return call. The rails are very sturdy and nice but the mess that the workers left on my porch was not professional at all. I just had my porch painted and the installers should've had the decency to cleanup after their job.

They will not call you back for weeks---literally. So I would be real surprised if they would show up for any contracted work.
