We own eight cottages and manage the rentals of three additional cottages in our neighborhood.

The village is at 7,522' elevation and has around 6,000 year round residents. Over 4.6 million visitors traveled through Estes Park in 2019 to access the village and the national park.

River Rock Cottages is our family owned business providing relaxed and comfortable accommodations in the heart of Estes Park CO, walking distance to downtown Estes Park and a short 3.5-mile drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. We have seven cottages on our main property and we have four additional cottages in our neighborhood.

Our cottages all include flat screen HDTVs (several are also SmartTVs for streaming) with satellite channels and Wi-Fi is always complimentary. Cottages are also stocked with a hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board; coffee, shampoo and soap for your first day is also supplied. Our main property has two outdoor grills available along with a large flagstone patio with plenty of outdoor seating and a fire pit.
Aspen Cottage

Our Aspen Cottage is a studio layout (no separate bedroom) with windows on all three sides with lots of natural light. This cottage sleeps up to 4 guests with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Aspen has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink and counter (no oven/stove). 48 flat screen HD SmarTV and top-down/bottom-up blackout blinds.
Bighorn Cottage

Our Bighorn Cottage has a lovely, fully enclosed (and heated) sleeping porch with windows on all three sides. Awesome views of Long's Peak from the sleeping porch! The porch includes a king bed. Bighorn also has a queen bed in the bedroom and the bedroom includes a walk-in closet. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa.
Diamond Cottage

Diamond is one of our larger cottages on our main property. This cottage includes a king bed in the bedroom, a queen bed in the sleeping porch and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with place settings for six, basic pots and pans and dishwasher. There's an extra room off the kitchen that is perfect for outdoor gear.
