Conducted using DSM-V criteria, evaluations are based on detailed history and comprehensive clinical assessment. The findings of these evaluations are reviewed with the patient and if appropriate with the patient's support system. A treatment plan addressing core findings is presented. We recommend collaborating with other providers involved in patient care.

Dr. Naseem is a double board certified psychiatrist in Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry. He completed his residency and fellowship training at Henry Ford Hospital and Detroit Medical Center. Dr. Naseem has more than 15 years of experience in the care of adult and older adults in outpatient, acute, and residential settings.

New Patient Intake forms are due by NOON the day prior to your appointment. If the forms are not turned in by then your appointment will be CANCELLED. Please bring a copy of your drivers license, insurance card and prescription card to your appointment. They will connect the visit when ready.
