The biggest issue was that the delivery driver for the turf backed into my unoccupied parked car on the street (with nobody around) and smashed my driver side fender causing almost $4,000 in repairs. Despite gathering all the insurance info from the driver (nice kid), it appears as though the incident was never submitted to their insurance and my insurance is having a hard time tracking this down during subrogation ... what a surprise. Never received a follow up call from Brandon O'Kelly the supervisor at AGL who apparently no longer works there. Maybe they'll see this and reach out

I originally gave 5 stars, everything was fine until delivery. So I am editing this review to reflect the poor customer service during delivery. I was told that I would receive a phone call the morning of the scheduled delivery, and that phone call would let me know the window time of delivery. I was then told that they would call or text me when they were 30 min. away from my house. NONE of this happened, I happen to get up at 6am the morning of delivery to use the restroom which is at the front of my house and I heard a trucking backing up into my driveway, so I ran outside and found only one

Issue 1: I ordered my turf on 11/11/2020 and it was delivered on 11/13/2020. On 11/14/2020 while on Facebook, I noticed an ad about free installation accessories with my purchase. Which for my order of 1200 sq ft. would have been roughly $300 in savings. I called my salesperson to ask if they could apply the promotion (which was never mentioned during my visit to the store.) to my purchase since it was within days of the purchase. He said he would have to check with a manager and call me back. When the salesperson called me back he told me his manager would "NOT" honor the promotion

No warnings, just find out on your own how your windows will "burn" your artificial turf! Money down the drain. After paying to have my windows tinted - still no replacement turf. When I call I am told "Oh, it's the installers fault- you got to take it up with him".... great. Lost money & horrible looking turf.
