At Ashleigh's, our passion is pie. We take pride in our pies and bake all of our pies in-house, fresh every morning in order to give you the freshest product possible. We use our handmade all-butter crust and only the best quality ingredients in our pies. That means freshly whipped cream, fresh fruits, hand-peeled apples, freshly squeezed lemons and limes, cane sugar, fresh cracked eggs, real vanilla, and real butter.

We will not be accepting orders via email or social media, so please call or text the shop at 816-598-3283 to order. Since we are a small pie shop of just two bakers and one oven, we will close off our orders as soon as we reach capacity. Weddings

At Ashleigh's, we take pride in making the wedding pie tasting and ordering process fun and easy! We charge a $25 delivery fee to weddings in the KC metro area consisting of Westport, The Crossroads, Midtown, West Bottoms, or Downtown KC. Pick up from the shop is also available for out of town weddings.
Curbside

We are currently still offering curbside pick up! If you would like an absolutely zero contact experience, please provide us with your email address upon ordering and specify that you would like zero contact. We can email your invoice through Square. If you would like curbside but don't mind paying with cash or card, we can bring your order to you curbside and you may pay those ways as well.
Dine-In
Report
Since we are a teeny tiny shop inside of a retail area, we are not currently offering dine in. You may get slices to go, but we do not take special orders for slices. With our one to two tables, it would be nearly impossible to safely provide the social distancing that is required. Thank you for understanding!
