I called the Tremron Douglasville office and spoke with the office manager named susan. I wanted to know the colors you offered in stonehurst but instead of telling me, she gave me a nasty attitude and told me I needed to contact a salesman (I could tell she wasnt very educated on the material or colors that you offer). The customer service at this location is horrible.

Pool contractor noticed defective pavers. Rep showed up said five pallets were bad. I showed him the sixth pallet and it was bad. Told me they would be out the next day. Didn't show. Called Monday, they'll be here by noon. No show. Called rep, being loaded on the truck delivered this afternoon.
Called Tremron both Lakeland and Jacksonville HQ and wouldn't take my call. Very poor quality control and customer service. Owned now by Quik Concrete Co.
