Critical:Responsiveness
Recently closed on a home via Preserve. The buyer's agent suggested we use this company. Two weeks post closing I'm still trying to get them to respond fully to emails about documents. Judy and her team are not recommended.

The most customer-centric responsive organization I have had the pleasure of working with.....1. They come to the client (not the other way around) 2. They are responsive and available to explain and assist 3. If a problem arises they are quick, proactive and communicative. They step outside the job of what a "typical title company" will do and help with many facets of the transaction.

The title representative did not have the settlement statement correct. She was unable to answer questions regarding some of the documents and kept referring me to talk to an accountant. The questions I had for her where in relation to the processes they have and nothing to do with a potential tax consequence on my side. When I sent her an email the next day asking if I should ask Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union to see if they could help me understand their process, she stated that she forwarded my email to the President of Preserve Title.
