My name is Melissa Helms, but feel free to call me Mel, most people do! I am the owner of Woof Pack Dog Hotel and Lucybelle's Lodge. I am also the head trainer for Woof Pack. I am originally from Winston- Salem, North Carolina and I moved to the High Country several years ago. I graduated from Appalachian State University and loved Boone and the High Country so much I never left!

Woof Pack Pet Services offers dog and puppy training classes at our Boone, NC dog training facility. Owner Melissa Hemmings Helms is a graduate of Animal Behavior College where she earned her certification as an ABC Certified Dog Trainer. Animal Behavior College (ABC) is approved by the Bureau for Private Post secondary and Vocational Education and is an internationally recognized school.

At this time we are boarding on a very limited basis and during limited timeframes. We are not accepting any new boarding or daycare clients who are not in our training programs. Our Boone, NC dog boarding facility is built around safety, comfort, and fun for your dog. It consists of Loki's Lounge, Lucybelle's Lodge, and our outdoor play area.

At this time we are not accepting new daycare clients that are not in our training programs. Currently we offer doggie daycare at our Boone, NC dog boarding facility Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We require proof of vaccinations against Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvo prior to your dog's first daycare day.
