I have lived here for 2 years and the part of the park I live in has neighbors that seem to have no respect for the community. A as for instance parking in other neighbors parking spots and playing loud music through out the night this continues even after cops are called and the property management has been notified. It is unfortunate to give this community a low rating due to a fee bad apples the rest of the park is quite and has respectful neighbors. Hopefully things will change when the rules of the park are enforced.

Quiet neighborhood, has lots and lots of speed bumps. Some are quite big. Parking is very sparse. Not allowed to park on street.

Very clean quiet good curb appeal and retirement community basically in Reno Nevada. I can imagine that it's a horrible place that all the living are stay there was wonderful with a deluxe run of the grounds and a staff of caring professionals

This place was much more than we expected. Quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood. Tom and Steve are just great, they fixed any minor maintenance problems we had. Friendly and welcoming neighbors :)
