CMEK is the premier Basketball Program geared towards the development of kids' abilities in Basketball. Our coaching staff helps young athletes make challenging goals for themselves and helps them pursue those goals. We strive to maintain a balance between teaching and fun, structure and freedom, and supervision and competition.

We take great pride in our CMEK Group Lessons/Workouts. The Workouts are one of the founding pillars of the CMEK program. Each workout is different, and we have something to offer for kids of all ages and skill levels. Our experienced coaches run the programs with the same goals in mind; That your child is improving his or her game in a safe & fun environment.
Private Lessons

By signing this contract, I agree, on behalf of my entire Group, that there are no refunds once we reserve the court time. I agree that you may utilize photographs, testimonials, email addresses, and information relating to any person in the group's participation in CMEK activities on your web site and other CMEK publicity and literature.
AAU Travel
Report
Becoming part of a Travel or an AAU Travel Team, is one of the other pillars of the CMEK Program. We offer a variety of teams, with games throughout the state and practices in desired towns. We have teams for many different ages and skill levels. Each team is coached by one of our experienced coaches.
Holiday & Vacation Camps
Report
The CMEK Camp is designed for those players who love basketball. Each day includes a myriad of basketball skills and drills stations, basketball related fitness exercises, and organized games. We focus on individual skill development within a comfortable environment in which each player is placed in an age/skill appropriate group.
Parties & Entertainment
Report
The CMEK party celebrations are all high-energy, fun filled, special events that lead to memories that will last forever. Each party takes on a life of it's own as our trained professional CMEK staff members create an action-packed great time for everyone. I just wanted to express my appreciation for a fantastic party and a truly exceptional basketball experience this year.
