Amidon Jewelers has been continuously operated since it was founded in 1935 by Warden C. Amidon. Originally opened in Hanover, NH and called Ward Amidon Jewelers, the company was run by its founder until 1972 when he transferred ownership to Leo and Marylyn Babineau. Ward Amidon passed away in 1996.
