South Florida Lower Extremity Center located in Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, FL, is dedicated to getting to the root of your foot or ankle problem. We are a full service podiatry practice offering the entire spectrum of foot and ankle care from routine foot care to reconstructive surgery. Our clinic welcomes patients of all ages from infants to adults.

We pride ourselves on treating our patients with the respect and care that they deserve. The Doctors also speak Russian and Spanish, along with speaking English. We accept most insurance plans and welcome new patients!

At South Florida Lower Extremity Center we are available to treat foot and ankle ailments such as diabetic foot care, ingrown toenails, fungal toenails, warts and painful calluses. Dr. Igor Zilberman, DPM, received his degree from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2003, graduating with honors. He completed his podiatry residencies at Mount Sinai Medical Center in 2004, and Mercy Hospital in 2007. Dr. Zilberman is certified with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is affiliated with Memorial Regional Hospital, and Aventura Hospital Medical Center.

Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. We accept most insurances. List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency. You are responsible for co-payments or charges that are not covered by your insurance.
