Experienced a poor customer service episode. Called for help and got sent to Tomas. Was promised an answer to my question shortly. Had to email again and then phone back several times during the day only to find that the promised email came in very late. Was disappointed to find that only part of the needed information was supplied Not what was originally requested. Had to call back following day to try to get the rest of the information. That never came. Instead I received a recommendation to call another person, Victor, in their company. I never received the information I was seeking
