Abbey is also an expert in successions, donations, wills, and foreclosure law, subjects on which she frequently teaches.

Ian G. Fisher manages our Elysian Fields/Historic District office. While he is new to Crescent Title, he has been practicing real estate law in New Orleans for seven years, specializing in real estate transactions and condominium conversions.
Ian received his B.A. in Art History and Anthropology from Columbia University and his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, where he received the award for earning the highest grade in his class in Property Law.Ian is a member of the New York State Bar and the Louisiana State Bar.
