With six fully operational offices, each of which is managed by a highly skilled real estate attorney, Crescent Title is able to offer extensive experience in seamless and timely residential and commercial real estate closings, as well as creations of servitude agreements, abstract analysis, condominium conversions, resolving curative issues, estate planning and succession proceedings.

Robert Bergeron, principal in Crescent Title and the law firm of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch and Mack, is in his 20th year of managing residential and commercial real estate transactions. Bob is recognized throughout the area as an expert on Louisiana real estate law. He lectures frequently to investors and home buyers on the legal aspects of buying and selling property.

Kirk J. Frosch is the Managing Attorney of Crescent Title's Mandeville office. Kirk earned undergraduate degrees in Finance and Management at Loyola University before earning his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Law School in 1994. Kirk brings a broad array of legal skills to Crescent Title and the Law Offices of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch and Mack.

A graduate of the University of New Orleans and the Tulane University School of Law, Abbey is an expert on the Louisiana residential real estate contracts, having served on the committee that drafted the current document. Abbey is also an expert in successions, donations, wills, and foreclosure law, subjects on which she frequently teaches.

Ian G. Fisher manages our Elysian Fields/Historic District office. While he is new to Crescent Title, he has been practicing real estate law in New Orleans for seven years, specializing in real estate transactions and condominium conversions.

Ian received his B.A. in Art History and Anthropology from Columbia University and his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, where he received the award for earning the highest grade in his class in Property Law.Ian is a member of the New York State Bar and the Louisiana State Bar.
