Services
New System Design
We create tailored outdoor lighting plans that transform properties through strategic illumination. Our process begins with property evaluation and priority assessment, followed by designing functional, artistic lighting schemes. Using premium components and low-voltage technology, we install systems that enhance security while creating inviting nighttime environments.
Existing System Upgrade
Our upgrade process involves comprehensive system assessment and component evaluation. We replace outdated elements while integrating reusable components, performing complete rewiring to meet our standards. This service revitalizes aging systems, improving efficiency and aesthetics while maintaining existing infrastructure investments.
System Conversion
We convert traditional incandescent and halogen systems to energy-efficient LED technology. This process reduces energy consumption by up to 80%, lowers utility costs, and extends system longevity. Our conversions maintain lighting quality while providing modern, sustainable solutions for existing installations.

I have owned a home for over 30 years. During that time I have used many, many contractors for all sorts of jobs. Mike is the best, bar none. His pricing is reasonable and fair, he takes the time to create a plan and is painstaking about making sure the job is done right and, if a problem comes up, he is available to take care of it promptly.
