Locations that I closed but am still getting billed? Who checks over facilities bill's each month, making sure we are billed what the contract says we should be billed? Services are out of contract who is checking to see the alternative solutions and comparing quotes and options? Your carrier had new pricing models that they released for new customers and are allowing existing customers to pay less for the same service when called out on it.

Who is following up on that for you? While not all new technology needs to be added, there are times when new proven technology helps businesses run more efficiently. Who is making sure you are not stuck with typewriter technology? I am having to open the same ticket over and over again, who is escalating and handling that?
