In addition to practicing massage therapy for nearly a decade, Lena also has a B.A. in Physical Education from the Kyrgyz State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports. Moving to Maryland after college, Lena followed on with her life passion by becoming a certified massage therapist from the Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington D.C. in 2007, adding a wide variety of massage modalities to her all around knowledge of the human body.
