I had a terrific experience with this company start to finish. My initial inquiry was responded to in a very timely fashion. They provided me with the information I needed and ordered the parts for my shower door. I was contacted when the parts were in and could be installed and an appointment was set up for a few days later. The service provider showed up at the time he said he would come and repaired the door hinges flawlessly. It was an overall A+ experience t every turn. I wish every company worked with this sort of efficiency and professionalism..

I would give it a half a star if I could, because they damage by cabinet doors and I recently remodeled the kitchen and painted the cabinet doors. I contacted two different people at Minneapolis Glass Company and both werent helpful. The bad customer service experience started when getting into the company at the Plymouth location. I went with a friend that he had 3 cabinet doors to be done as well. The person he was dealing with was somewhat more helpful then the person I got assigned too and she seemed that she didnt want to help. Jennifer was the person that I got assigned to by someone

Minneapolis glass set an expedient date to come and give a estimate. They got back to me within 2 days with the estimate. Ordered my custom glass and set a date to install the next day after the glass arrived. Kevin and Todd came out and had it all done in 40 minutes. VERY PROFESSIONAL. Other companies I talked to did not even come close to getting the job done as quickly as they did. I would recommend to all my friends, and business associates. AWESOME
