There are so many of you that have been there for me with suggestions and advice, but mostly to remind me to BREATH along the way. You all were right - it was a big task to undertake alone, and even more so during a pandemic.

Co-Pays on all patients will be collected at check in. New patients are required to pay for the visit in full at the time of service. Established patients may have the option to set up a payment plan as long as their account is in good standing. You will need to contact your PCP prior to your appointment and let them know that you will need a referral faxed to our office.
