Permits vary by municipality. If a permit is required, we will obtain it on your behalf. Each municipality has different requirements for permitting and we will be happy to discuss this with you upon signing of your contract. Certain municipalities will require a recent property survey and a notarized Notice of Commencement form.
Warranty

Paver Traders is proud to offer a one (1) year warranty on labor and workmanship of any full thickness paver installation performed. Any thin paver overlay for driveways or vehicular area applications comes with a 60 day labor and workmanship warranty. Our paver manufacturers offer varying warranties yet typically cover the structural integrity of your pavers for 25 years for residential installations.

Following your design meeting we will provide you with a detailed estimate which is valid for 30 days. We can help you with your decision on which color, size and pattern is ideal for your paver project. We can supply you with samples for you to see what looks best with your homes materials and colors.
