They serviced my fireplace some years ago, and did a great job (5 stars)! I've been trying to reach them for several weeks and the phones just ring and ring with no answer. I'd like to return my business, but I also need to have my fireplace serviced. Will need to take my business elsewhere. 2 stars because I'm disappointed I haven't been able to make contact.

We wanted someone local to help us out when our gas fireplace stopped lighting, and my husband found Jim. It took a couple of days overall to fix it, because a part had to be ordered and it turned out to be a bigger issue than was originally thought, but Jim was super honest and careful to explain everything to me in detail. He's a good guy who knows his stuff and will do everything he can to fix a problem. We'd use him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him! Thanks, Jim!
