If you are seeing Dr. Mike you will enter through Suite 365. You will enter through a foyer and a private waiting room will be on your left hand side. You may ring the black door chime in the foyer, if you wish, but you don't need to. When you enter the waiting room a sensor will tell us you have arrived.

The great majority of patients we see at Proliance Center have insurance, but insurance companies don't pay us directly. We provide you with a bill for our services, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. However, it is important to keep in mind that we are an out of network provider and that insurance may not cover this extremely high quality level of care.
