We host a 90-minute introductory ceramics class every FRI/SAT evening @ 6 PM at our University Ave & Monroe St location. Everything you need is included. This class is the perfect way to get your hands dirty and learn the basics. You will find a wide range of ceramic items for sale all year round from local Madison artists within our studio.
Students will be given group demonstrations, as well as individual instruction to refine throwing skills. You will learn techniques to create functional forms on the potter's wheel, trimming, proportion, surface treatment, and glazing. We provide everything you need for our classes.

Report
Members have access to the studio 7-days a week. Members have full access to the studio, both studios have 8 wheels, tools, and 2 electric kilns (members will not be allowed to operate the kiln nor the pugmill). Memberships include individual storage shelf space, additional shelf space can be purchased.
